Tarek and I got to know each other during our Committed To Lead programme in 2018. I was continually influenced by his warm nature, curiosity, fun-loving outlook on life and his passion for our business. He was great to be around, a central character in our cohort and someone I continued to admire from afar. I'll never forget the fun night we had in Chicago with Charlie watching the Bears on a very, very cold December night - a memory that will stay with me forever.
